Welcome to Modelist! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our application (the "App") and any related services provided by Peter Pohar s.p., trading as Modelist ("we," "us," "our"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

4.2 You are responsible for ensuring that any data you provide does not violate the rights of others.

4.3 The App may automatically identify and link 3D model files to their original online sources (e.g., Makerworld, Printables) using metadata found within those files. This process happens locally, and only minimal public metadata may be requested from external services to verify links. No personal or file data is shared externally.

5. Limitations of Liability

5.1 We provide the App "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for:

• loss of data;
• interruption of service; and
• any damages arising from your use of the App.

5.2 In jurisdictions that do not allow such exclusions or limitations, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

5.3 In no event shall our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the App exceed the amount paid by you for the licence.

6. Termination

6.1 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at our discretion if you violate these Terms.
